Product Description
Aureum Japanese Maple, also known as the Golden Full Moon Maple, is a highly prized cultivar known for its luminous golden foliage and beautifully rounded leaves. New growth emerges bright yellow in spring before developing softer golden-yellow to chartreuse tones through summer, creating a glowing presence in the garden. Small reddish flowers and colorful samaras provide additional seasonal interest against the bright foliage.
Slow growing with a graceful, rounded habit, 'Aureum' makes an exceptional specimen tree for woodland gardens, shaded borders, patios, and Japanese-inspired landscapes. In fall, its foliage develops warm shades of gold, orange, and red.
